Due to traffic in the carrier networks from high volume of orders, your delivery of your return with PostNord may be delayed.

Once your item has been received back at our Warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days after it has been received.

You will receive a refund confirmation email once your refund has been processed. The refund will be processed and completed within 3-7 business days, depending on the processes at your bank or credit card company.
