Q. Why have I not received my birthday coupon?

It can take up to 24 hours, from registration, to receive this coupon. Your birthday must be registered in the UNIQLO Denmark App before the first day of your birth month in order for you to receive your coupon at the correct time. If you register your birthday during the same month as your birthday you will not receive the coupon until the following year.
