Q. I have not received my refund yet

Unfortunately, we are experiencing some delays in our returns process and as a result it may take longer than usual to receive your refund.

Our return process can take up to 15 working days from the date you returned your parcel for your items to be received and processed by us. It is at this point that you will also receive an automated returns confirmation email from us.

If you have not heard from us after 15 working days from the date of sending your parcel, please contact us and we will be happy to look into this for you.

We apologies for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience.
