Q. I've forgotten my password, what should I do?

Not to worry, simply use the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD link on the SIGN IN page. You will be prompted to enter your email address used to register your UNIQLO account. Shortly after, a email will be sent with a link to reset your password. Please note, the link will expire in 30 minutes upon receipt.

For security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.
