If you decide to return goods from an order that had a voucher code applied, the amount refunded will be subject to the minimum spend of the voucher. This means that if the items returned bring the remaining total below the minimum spend of the voucher then the discounted amount will be deducted from the refund. Voucher codes and discount thresholds exclude postage and packaging. If the original order was returned and you would like to reorder another size, we cannot reissue a voucher code or deduct the discount from your order.
