Q. What should I do if I lost a personal item in store?

We kindly ask that you return to the store location and speak with one of our staff members who will look into this for you and resolve it accordingly.

If you're unable to make it back into store, please click here by providing as much detail as possible e.g. name of store, time of visit and a description of the lost item. Our agents can then effectively liaise with the store.
