What is the online returns policy?

You will have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to return or exchange item/s from your order (for Click & Collect, this will be from the day the items arrive at your selected store). Exchanges can be made at a UNIQLO Denmark store but returns of items purchased online will not be accepted in store. Should you wish to return and receive a refund for your online order, you can do so by using our Returns Portal.

Due to hygiene reasons inner/underwear/swimwear or face-masks cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returned items must be returned in a resalable condition including the original packaging, tags and/or labels.


What will be the cost of my return?

The returns fee is a fixed fee of DKK 19 per order when the return postage label, that we supply, has been used.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds can take up to 14 working days from the date on which we receive the returned products.


What if I feel my item(s) is faulty?

As soon as you discover a fault with your item, please contact our specialist team by using the CHAT SUPPORT service at the bottom of this page.

So we can assist you efficiently, please do provide us with the following:

1. Order number
2. The faulty item code (beginning 2000, located below the barcode on the label)
3. An image of the fault
4. Any other information
