Q. I will not be in for delivery, can I request that my parcel is left in a safe location or with a neighbour?

Of course you can, once your order is about to be delivered you will receive a notification from the carrier, PostNord, which gives you the opportunity to choose between different options on how to receive your order, this includes redirecting the order to the closest PostNord Service Point or changing the delivery date/time.

Please note UNIQLO cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
