If you are unable to collect your order within 7 days this will be returned back to us and a refund processed which will take up to 10-15 calendar days.
If you are not able to collect your order yourself, you can ask someone to collect it on your behalf. However please note that they will need a copy of your delivery confirmation email as well as the copy of your ID and name of the receiver. These would need to be presented to our store adviser when collecting the order.
Please refer to the last delivery confirmation email which confirms that your order has been received in store before coming to the store to pick up your parcel.
