Q. When will I be charged for my order?

We will charge you for your order as soon as the order has been dispatched. Any transaction that appears on your bank statement prior to this is only a payment authorisation. If we are unable to fulfill this order,  the pre-authorisation will be cancelled and the funds will be released into your account. Please note the same process applies to PayPal and Klarna orders.
