Q. How do coupons affect my refund?

The value of the Coupon will not be refunded when items are returned as the Coupon is non-refundable.

Please note that when returning an item from an order where a coupon has been applied, the value of the coupon will be deducted as a proportion dependent on the value of the item. Please be aware that the coupon will lose its value and cannot be replaced when refunding an item.

Please make sure you check coupon details before purchasing or returning items.

Example:

Purchased items:

            Jacket DKK 600
            Jumper DKK 300
T-Shirt DKK 100

Purchase Value (before coupon discount applied): DKK 1000
Coupon Used: DKK 100

How is the coupon distributed?

Using the purchase value (before coupon discount applied):

Jacket 60% → DKK 60
Jumper 30% → DKK 30
            T-Shirt 10% → DKK 10

When returning the Jacket (DKK 600)

Refund received: DKK 540

Refunded amount= DKK 600 (original product price) - DKK 60 (coupon discount) = DKK 540

When returning the sweater (DKK 300)

Refund received: DKK 270

Refunded amount= DKK 300 (original product price) - DKK 30 (coupon discount) = DKK 270

When returning the T- shirt (DKK 100)

Refund received: DKK 90

Refunded amount= DKK 100 (original product price) - DKK 10 (coupon discount)= DKK 90

When returning the whole order

Refund received: DKK 900

Refunded amount= DKK1000 (returned product price) - DKK 100 (coupon discount) = DKK 900

Please note, each return parcel posted is subject to a DKK 19 return shipping fee.
