Standard Delivery (MyPack Home) is FREE for order subtotals of 550 DKK or more (before shipping and after coupons are applied).

Pick-up from a PostNord Service Point (MyPack Collect) is FREE for order subtotals of 550 DKK or more (before shipping and after coupons are applied).

Pick-up in UNIQLO Store (Click & Collect)

  • Stores will hold your Click & Collect order for 14 calendar days before returning it to our warehouse.
  • Please bring your order confirmation email or SMS notification when collecting your parcel.

Pick-up from PostNord Service Point

  • PostNord Service Points will hold your parcel for 7 days before returning it to UNIQLO.
  • A valid Danish mobile number is required. You will receive an SMS notification.
  • Please bring valid photo identification when collecting your parcel.
  • If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must present valid identification.

  • Q. Do you deliver to my address?

    A. UNIQLO delivers to most postal areas in Denmark. However, we reserve the right not to deliver to:

    • PO Box addresses
    Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the delivery method selected.
  • Q. Is Pick-up from a PostNord Service Point available everywhere?

    A. Pick-up availability depends on PostNord coverage. Your nearest available Service Point will be shown automatically at checkout.

  • Q. Can I send one order to multiple addresses?

    A. No, each order can only be delivered to one address. To send items to multiple destinations, please place separate orders.

  • Q. Is my package insured? Do I need to sign for it?

    A. Yes. All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit. Once delivered and signed for (or left in a safe location), the insurance no longer applies.
