ORDER & PICK is a service that allows you to order in-store inventory online, pay for it online, and pick it up in store in as little as 2 hours* during store opening times.

From the product page, check whether an item is available in-store. Select the pickup location and click “ORDER & PICK”.You'll receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for pick up at the store.

 

Collect your order during the store's operating hours, using the order number from your ready for pickup email.

 

How do I use the ORDER & PICK service?


1. Select Your Product

On the page of the desired product, select the colour and size, then click [Check store inventory].

If a specific store appears but you wish to use another, click [Check other store inventory].


2. Search for a Store

On the store inventory search page, enter the store and click [Search].


3. Choose Your Pick-up Location
Click the [ORDER & PICK] button of the store where you can visit.
Stores without the [ORDER & PICK] button are not eligible for the service.
*You will collect your item at the store where you clicked the [ORDER & PICK] button.

4. Add to Card
Review the service details, click [OK] and then click [Add to cart].
You may adjust the quantity if purchasing multiple items.

5. Review Your Cart and Checkout
Click [View cart] and Click [Proceed to checkout].
To add more items, Click [Continue shopping] and repeat the steps.
You cannot combine items from different stores in one order. If you add items from multiple stores, the first item will be removed.

6. Payment
Enter your credit card details and click [Order].
Even if you have already registered your credit card information, you must re-enter the security code.
Payment is effective at the order email confirmation stage.


IMPORTANT NOTES

 
  • The two (2) hour timeframe is indicative of the store to prepare your online orders. It applies only during the opening hours of the selected store and is subject to product availability. This timeframe does not constitute a contractual guarantee. The order is considered ready for collection only upon receipt of the confirmation email titled “Order Ready”.
  • The Order & Pick service is available only in selected stores and is subject to product availability. If the selected store is out of stock, the service may not be offered.
  • Please select the Order & Pick option for your preferred store via the [Check store inventory] button on the product page.
  • Orders that have already been paid cannot be changed to the Order & Pick service.
  • Please note that when using Order & Pick, novelty and gift options are not available.

Please see below are step by step guide:

STEP 1. Select product and check stock
① On the product sales page, select the color and size, then click “Check store inventory” at the bottom .

② Search for inventory using the store locator.

Click the [ORDER & PICK] button of the store where you can pick up the product.
※ If the [ORDER & PICK] button is not displayed, the store either does not have the product in stock or the service is not available.

Select a product and click [Add to Cart]
 ▲ If you want to purchase other products, click [Continue Shopping] and repeat steps ① to ④ on the other product pages.

※ Only products from the same store can be added to the cart.

STEP 3.  Check the product and order
⑤ After adding all products to your shopping cart,  click “View Shopping Cart.
⑥  Click “Order” at the bottom to proceed with your order.

⑦ After selecting a payment method, complete payment.

How do I collect my order?


1. After placing the order and completing payment, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email.
2. You have 30 minutes from the time of this email to cancel the order free of charge by logging into your account via the website or UNIQLO app.
3. Please present your UNIQLO app membership QR code at the service counter of the store where you selected [Order & PICK ].
*Please log in to the UNIQLO app in advance with the email address you used to order. You can also collect your order by showing your confirmation email or order number.
 
*If for some reason you have not received the email, you can still collect your order if the order status in your " Purchase History " says "The item is ready for collection at your designated store."
*Depending on the store, we may ask you to confirm your order number when you pick up your order.
*The location of the service counter varies depending on the store.
*If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the store staff.
 

How long do I have to collect the order?


You have 14 calendar days to collect your order from the store once you receive "Your order is ready to collect" email.

If you're unable to collect your order within 14 calendar days, you will receive your refund within 3-5 working days after the 14 days have elapsed. Please note, we are unable to extend your collection time period.
 

How can I exchange/return my ORDER & PICK purchase?


ORDER & PICK purchases are subject to the UNIQLO Online Returns Policy. This means these purchases can only be exchanged in stores and they must be returned via our online returns process.


Why has my order been cancelled?


Unfortunately, you may receive an email informing you that your order has been cancelled due to stock unavailability.

Please note that inventory update are not reflected in real time on our website after checkout. While we strive to refresh stock levels hourly, simultaneous orders for the same item may result in discrepancies. If an item marked as  “Low Stock”  is purchased by multiple customers within a short timeframe, it may become unavailable by the time your order is processed.

Also, if your order includes multiple items and one of them is out of stock, the entire order will be cancelled.

You will receive an email notification confirming the cancellation. No charges will be applied and any pending authorization on your payment method will be automatically reversed within 3 to 5 working days.
