UNIQLO Product Sampling Application Terms and Conditions
UNIQLO Europe Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "UNIQLO" or "the Company") hereby establishes the following Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") for the Product Sampling Programme (hereinafter referred to as "this Programme").
This Programme involves selecting winners randomly from a pool of applicants who apply (hereinafter referred to as "Applicants"). The selected winners (hereinafter referred to as "Winners") will be presented with a coupon to redeem for a UNIQLO product and will be required to respond to a survey regarding their impressions of wearing such product.
Applicants must agree to these Terms before submitting their application. By applying for this Programme, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
Programme Structure
The Programme operates on a monthly cycle. Each month, UNIQLO will make available one or more products for sampling, each with its own entry period as indicated on the UNIQLO product testing microsite. UNIQLO reserves the right to vary the frequency of the Programme or to discontinue it at any time, in which case notice will be provided on the UNIQLO app and/or website.

Survey Requirement
Winners are required to complete a post-wear survey within the timeframe specified by UNIQLO. Failure to complete the survey may result in the Winner being excluded from future rounds of the Programme.

The processing of personal data is based on the performance of the contract embodied by these Terms.
The personal data collected in connection with the Programme are necessary for the performance of the Programme and these Terms. The personal data collected as part of the Programme include, in particular: last name, first name, age (optional), and email address.
These personal data will be used exclusively by the Company for the purpose of handling the participation of the data subjects in the Programme (namely, identifying and contacting the winners). No personal data will be used by the Company for marketing purposes, unless express and prior authorisation has been obtained.
The personal data of Applicants are retained for the duration of the monthly cycle in which the Applicant participated and deleted within a reasonable period after the conclusion of that cycle's draw, unless the Applicant participates in subsequent cycles.
The data of the Winners are retained for the period necessary for the awarding and tracking of the prizes, and then archived for the applicable statutory limitation period for evidentiary purposes.
Personal data are disclosed only to authorised persons within the Company and, where applicable, to logistics partners exclusively responsible for the delivery of the prizes, strictly within the scope of their duties.

- The Programme is open to residents in the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Belgium, and the Netherlands aged 18 and over, who can provide feedback and impressions for product worn through a survey.
- Employees of the Company and their immediate families, its agents and anyone professionally connected with this Programme are excluded from participation.
- The Programme is free to participate in and no purchase is necessary.
How to Apply
- Applicants must download and register on the UNIQLO app.
- Applicants must leave a review on any UNIQLO product of their choosing within the sampling period (as indicated on our website/app).
- Once Applicants have left a review, they can apply to test any of the products that are listed on the UNIQLO product testing microsite, which would also show the relevant entry period.
- Applicants can select the item of choice, including size, and colour where available when they apply to participate in the Programme.
Prize Announcement Method
- Once the entry period is closed, UNIQLO will select the winners by random draw.
- Winners will be notified by email and push message, and provided with a coupon that can be exchanged for the chosen product.
- This coupon will be saved on the Membership > Coupons page within the App, and on the equivalent page of the website.
- The right to receive the prize cannot be transferred or resold to another person, and no cash alternative will be offered.
- Each coupon will have a validity period as specified at the time of issuance. If a coupon is not redeemed within its validity period, it will expire automatically and the Winner will forfeit their right to the prize. No extensions, replacements, or cash alternatives will be provided for expired coupons.
- UNIQLO may notify Winners about the period for receiving and using this coupon, even if the Winner has disabled notifications in the UNIQLO App.

Secondary Use of Submitted Information
- While copyrights of comments and other feedback submitted in the post-winning survey belong to the Winners, by submitting their survey responses, Winners grant UNIQLO, without charge, the right to repost or reproduce, edit, and adapt (including but not limited to clipping and pasting, or combining with other materials) their submitted content (excluding the user's personal information) on websites, apps, social media, and other advertising media operated by UNIQLO or its overseas affiliated companies engaged in the "UNIQLO" brand (both in Japan and globally). Furthermore, Winners agree not to exercise their moral rights in relation to UNIQLO's use of their submissions, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Disclaimers and Warranties
- UNIQLO shall not be liable for any troubles or losses incurred by Applicants due to the use, interruption, delay, suspension, or termination of this Programme, except in cases of UNIQLO's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
- In the event UNIQLO is liable for damages, such liability shall be limited to the direct damages suffered by the Applicant, and UNIQLO shall not be liable for any indirect damages or any other consequential damages (including loss of profits).
- Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Changes to This Programme and These Terms
- In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Company, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of the Programme, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Company reserves the right to cancel or amend the Programme or these Terms, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to Applicants in order to avoid undue disappointment. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company will not be responsible for any unforeseen cancellations or other arrangements.
- Any revised Terms and Conditions shall take effect from the date they are displayed on the Terms and Conditions screen.
Jurisdiction
- The Programme and these Terms will be governed by the law of the Applicant’s country of residence and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Programme will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Applicant’s place of residence.
