  A. You do not need to add the item, and it will not be automatically added to your basket. You will receive the item as long as your order is over 550 DKK and is placed while the Mesh Tote Bag is still in stock.

• Q. How will I know if I am receiving the FREE Mesh Tote Bag? 

  A. Your free gift will not be shown in your cart but will be shown on your invoice. Your invoice will be included within your shipment confirmation email, which you will receive once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.  Eligibility will be confirmed upon shipment. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we cannot provide assistance even if you contact the customer center regarding this matter. 

• Q. I have already placed an order over 550 DKK, why do I not see the free gift in the Order Details? 

  A. The free gift would not be shown in Order History and it will be shipped together with your order. If your free gift is available for your eligible order and there was stock availability when your order was placed, a FREE Mesh Tote Bag would be displayed in your invoice. 

• Q. Can I return or exchange the Mesh Tote Bag?  

  A. This free gift cannot be returned or exchanged. 

• Q. Can I use a coupon and still receive the free Mesh Tote Bag? 

  A. You may use a coupon with your order. However, please note that if the order value is below 550 DKK before applying the shipping, you will not receive the Mesh Tote Bag.  

  For example:  

  • - If your order value (before shipping) is 590 DKK  and you use a 50 DKK off coupon, your order total will be 540 DKK. You will not be able to receive the free gift. 
  • - However, if your order total is 600 DKK and you use a 50 DKK off coupon, your total will be 550DKK. This will allow your order to be qualified to receive the free Mesh Tote Bag while stock lasts. 

• Q. Do I need to return the free gift when I return the order? 

  A.  No, you do not need to return the gift. 

• Q. I have already placed an order over 550 DKK, but I did not receive any free gift in my parcel. 

  A. We are sorry that the free Mesh Tote Bag is only available while stock lasts. It is possible that it is already out of stock when you place your order. 

• Q. If I purchase through the online store with the Click and Collect option, which promotion will I be eligible for: the physical store or the online store? 

  A. You will be eligible for the online promotion.  You will receive the item as long as your order is over 550 DKK and is placed while the Mesh Tote Bag is still in stock. The bag will be included within your parcel.
