For each purchase of 550 DKK or above in a single transaction, on a first-come, first-served basis, you will receive one pocketable bag as a gift. The bag colours are selected at random. To qualify, the UNIQLO APP must be scanned at checkout.

• + Q. How can I get the pocketable bag for FREE?

  A. To qualify, all you need to do is to place an order for the amount of 550 DKK or above, while stocks last.

• + Q. In which UNIQLO stores will the pocketable bag be available? 

  A. The pocketable bag will be available in all UNIQLO stores. 

• + Q. When will the pocketable bag start?

  A. This free pocketable bag promotion will start on 27th November at 7:00 am, while stocks last.

• + Q. Can I choose the pocketable bag colour?

  A. The bag colours are selected at random.

• + Q. Do I have to add the FREE pocketable bag to my cart/order? 

  A. You do not need to add the item, and it will not be automatically added to your basket. You will receive the item as long as your order is over 550 DKK and is placed after 7:00 am on 27th November, while the bag is still in stock.

  *The item will not appear in your purchase history.

• + Q. How will I know if I am receiving the FREE pocketable bag?

  A. Your free gift will not show in your cart but will show on your invoice. Your invoice will be included within your shipment confirmation email, which you will receive once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.  Eligibility will be confirmed upon shipment. We apologise for the inconvenience, but it is unfortunately impossible for us to provide you with the necessary assistance in this matter.

• + Q. I have already placed an order over 550 DKK, why do I not see the free gift in the Order Details?

  A. The free gift would not be shown in your Purchase History and it will be shipped together with your order. If your free gift is available for your eligible order and there was stock availability when your order was placed, a FREE pocketable bag would be displayed in your invoice.

• + Q. Can I return or exchange the pocketable bag?

  A. This free gift cannot be returned or exchanged.

• +Q. Can I use a coupon and still receive the free pocketable bag?

  A. You may use a coupon with your order. However, please note that if the order value is below 550 DKK before applying the shipping, you will not receive the pocketable bag.
  For example:
  - If your order value (before shipping) is 550 DKK and you use a 100 DKK off coupon, your order total will be 450 DKK. You will not be able to receive the free gift.
  - However, if your order total is 650 DKK and you use a 100 SEK off coupon, your total will be 550 DKK. This will allow your order to be qualified to receive the free pocketable bag while stock lasts.

• + Q. Do I need to return the free gift when I return the order?

  A.  No, you do not need to return the free gift.

• + Q. I have already placed an order over 550 DKK, but I did not receive any free gift in my parcel.

  A. We are sorry that the free pocketable bag is only available from 7:00 am on 27th November and while stocks last. It may already be out of stock when you place your order.

• + Q. If I purchase through the online store with the Click and Collect option, which promotion will I be eligible for: the physical store or the online store?

  A. You will be eligible for the online promotion. You will receive the item as long as your order is over 550 DKK and is placed after 7:00 am on 27th November, while the bag is still in stock. The bag will be included within your parcel.

• + Q. If I purchase through the online store with the Pick Up Today option, will I be eligible for the free pocketable bag?

  A. Unfortunately, Pick Up Today orders are not eligible for this promotion.
