Once your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging your order, which will contain your order number for reference. This information will also be available on your UNIQLO account.
When your goods have been picked and dispatched to your chosen store, you will then receive a shipment confirmation. You can refer to the table included in this shipment confirmation email to determine when your order should be ready for collection (please note that this table is for information purposes only).
You will also receive an email and/or SMS notification once your order is ready for collection in your chosen store.
