Q. What happens if I am out when you try to deliver?

We would always recommend you selecting a delivery method most convenient to you.

However, once your order is about to be delivered you will receive a notification from the carrier, PostNord, which gives you the opportunity to choose between different options on how to receive your order, this includes redirecting the order to the closest PostNord Service Point or changing the delivery date/time.
