Christmas returns policy

We’ve extended our returns period just for the festive season, purchases made between 15th November 2021 and 15th  December 2021 can be returned up until 31st January 2022. UNIQLO would be happy to offer an exchange or refund (by the original method of payment). Please note that refunds can only be processed at the original store of purchase. Online purchases can only be exchanged in-store; if you require a refund, you will need to return this to the warehouse. Please ensure item(s) are returned in a resalable condition (with original packaging, tags and/or labels). As advised in our returns policy, the following item(s) cannot be returned: 1) Innerwear/underwear/swimwear/masks due to hygiene reasons 2) Personalised item(s) (e.g. altered). What is the status of my order?
Once your order has been placed, you can track the status of your order by visiting our tracking page. Click here to be directed to this page. Please note you will need to have your order number to track the status of your order.

When will my order be delivered?
Deliveries can take place between 09:00-21:00 on the date of delivery. Please check your tracking for the latest delivery updates as this is subject to change.

Do you offer gift cards?
Unfortunately we do not offer gift cards at this time, but we can suggest you this item, please click here.

Do you offer gift receipts?
We do not offer gift receipts and so all pricing tags will be visible on each item delivered. However for in-store purchases, we do offer gift receipts.
